– 2 tablespoons of fennel powder
– 2 tablespoons of licorice powder
– 2 tablespoons of clove powder
– 2 tablespoons of peppermint powder (optional)

Steps to prepare ayurvedic tooth powder:

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2

Transfer the powder to an airtight container.

Use the powder as toothpaste by wetting your toothbrush and dipping it into the powder. Brush your teeth as usual.
