What is Peloton Yoga

Peloton is quickly establishing itself as a popular name in the yoga world as well, especially after the global relaunch of Peloton yoga last year. When you think of Peloton, you probably think of challenging indoor cycling classes or perhaps even guided runs. And for that, we will always be grateful, as we all benefit greatly from more yoga in our daily lives. These yoga and meditation lessons will be offered in person at the Peloton Studio in New York City, just like their cycling and treadmill classes. Along with Peloton Digital subscribers, anyone who has a Peloton Bike and Tread can stream those classes live or on-demand.

Yoga classes on Peloton are good?

I believe they are. Mostly because they are included in my subscription since I own a bike. There is no justification for me to visit a yoga studio and shell out more money to enroll in a class. They are all free to me at home.

I now understand that there is something incredibly unique about taking a yoga lesson in a studio that is closed off from the outer world. When I lived in New Jersey, my yoga instructors gave us brief scalp massages during Shavasana or used aromatic oils to help us breathe and relax. Which is not possible in online sessions.
